Those who are helped may be able to pay.

Regardless of the conditionalities, can we collect jobs?

And offer to the public.

So those who are willing take up that work.

And let people know.

It may take the shape of a multiplier.

It may be just a one place affair.

What is important is it gives a chance for one to be “employed”.

To offer oneself for employment and no one to pick up the offer – that is heart-rending.
