Alternatives; a Safety Valve

Wherever possible we better have alternatives.

Otherwise, we will be held to ransom.

An example is the househelp.

If she1 does not turn up, we turn to she2.

Suppose no ‘she’ will turn up, have we an alternative?

We need to think about it.

For economic reasons, those in the west have thought of alternatives.

We are yet to think of alternatives.

We want business as usual.

Are we realistic enough?

Especially when there is no sense of contract.

It is all a case of doing as one likes.
