This is possibly a regional trait, as for example Gujarat.

‘When I am back home, let me do some business.’

This type of thinking I find more in Gujarat.

I have seen it in Vadodara, Rajkot and Ahmedabad.

The employers encourage this approach openly.

Companies like Jyoti Ltd. make employees their suppliers.

Companies like Excel Ltd. make them subcontractors.

Perhaps this approach puts less stress on all parties concerned.

I wish this spirit and approach exist elsewhere in the country.
